ENERGY-MANAGEMENT TOP-TEMP
A conventional flight-type dishwasher loses about 40% of the energy available in the machine by sensible and latent heat emission. The hot fresh water rinsing has a considerable influence. The heat loss of the fresh water rinse takes place at the end of the machine. The heat energy escapes through the dryer to the outside.
The patent pending energy-management TOP-TEMP prevents losses before they occur. The high temperature wash zone HOT-TEMP is embedded between the low temp pre-wash and 50PERCENT fresh water rinse zone. Here the prewash zone and the rinsing have the effect of a temperature barrier. The temperature equalization takes place within the machine and so the heat energy can be saved.
Energy loss and -costs are reduced by up to 30%.
